Not Just a ProductGet Free Will

NAGOMI carries out design, sales, manufacturing, construction, and after-sales maintenance with an “internal integrated system (one-stop)”. NAGOMI is not made by a contractor who is entrusted with a ready-to-use product that sells kits, but a team that is familiar with wood from wood (material) to completion and delivery, so we consult on maintenance and adjust it for originality, etc.

We almost always make it according to the function that will be used for barrels and cubes and other products, so we will invite you to discuss the desired product.

Flow from order to delivery

Inquiry

You contact us to ask a few things about our products, and we will explain how our products can be used and what they can function as. In this initial discussion, maybe we will ask a few things such as which product options, then what function it will be used as and what area it will be placed in.

It is possible that in our initial discussion, you have been able to determine some of these things so that we can make an offer for you.

Offering

We make an offer that includes the manufacturing plan, raw materials, processing time and of course the costs that we will charge you.

Contract

If you agree, we will make a Memorandum of Understanding which includes the processing time, raw materials, cancellation, installation, delivery and installation at your location.

Manufacturing

Construction will begin, and it will take about 2 months to make the product you want. The production period may change depending on the density time and customization content. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

We will contact you about one week before the product is finished. We will hold a meeting to confirm and adjust the transportation schedule, etc.

Delivery & Installation

We will ship and install the product on the specified delivery date. If we do the foundation work in our company, if the location is far away, we will carry out construction in advance from the day before delivery.

The product will be transported, installed, and completed, confirmed by the customer, explained the maintenance method and handling precautions, and handed over. After delivery, we will invoice you for the rest.
